Review 2016 !! 12 Biggest Flop Movies Of Bollywood The Year 2016.

About 117 Bollywood movies were released in 2016. Quite a few high profile movies, which were expected to be solid hits, disappointed in a big way. Some were outstanding in the sense that they stayed with us and gave us things to ponder over and lessons to learn.

And then there were films that left us wondering why the heck they were even made in the first place. These films stood out, given their shitty plots, and are, in fact, worthy of abandonment owing to their appalling story lines, dialogues, screenplay and all.

Here’s looking at the films that failed at the box office in the year 2016.

#12. Mirzya

The extreme slow motion and the forced parallelism between history and the present not only overpowered the scenic beauty (yes, the sets were AMAZING) but also made viewers restless beyond control. The only thing that got registered in my head was Daler Mehndi’s reiteration of O! Mirzya (can’t get that tune out of my head) after almost every damn scene.

#11. Mastizaade

Take a woman, objectify her like you’ve never seen a woman before, so much so, that your pants are rendered unable contain your miserable tool.

We seriously wonder and brood over WHY the female actors even signed up for such crap in the first place.

#8. Befikre

“I dare you” to sit through this film without grimacing at the absolute crap Aditya Chopra has attributed the youngsters of today to, through the perpetual pervert Dharam (Ranvir Singh) and the ever relenting Shayra (Vaani Kapoor).

#7. Ki & Ka

Poor R. Balki set out to bring a change in the society. He wanted to smash gender roles and stereotypes existing in the society. However, he accidentally smashed us, the viewers, in our skulls through crappy dialogues and crappy everything, thereby defeating the purpose of bringing about a change.

Housefull 3

A third (God knows why) unnecessarily confusing plot with confusing confused characters to confuse the spectators. Need we elaborate more?

Mohenjo Daro

What happens when you try to coat history with distasteful Bollywood Masala? Mohenjo Daro is produced. It’s pretty much like the masala coated guava that poisoned a Sub-Inspector in Delhi. People could not digest the masala coated history. But wait, did we say History? Where was it?

Baar Baar Dekho

This film is the biggest irony of 2016 and perhaps for all the years to come. We bet nobody is going to”baar baar dekho” this film.

Baaghi

Wohi damsel in distress saved by a charming (not really) prince. Only, the damsel here was in a little less distress than usual. Nevertheless, the movie sucks. I mean look at their expressions in this picture, they can’t even act for a picture man! Who shoots with a smile?

#2. Ghayal Once Again

Erm… which film is this Again?

#1. Azhar

Basically, it is a cricketing story which was totally off the pitch, showed more of his personal life and maintained that it’s absolutely OK to cheat one’s spouse.

Please let us know if we’ve missed any noteworthy crappy film, in the comments.
